At MV Mobile Car Detailing, our priority is delivering a professional finish that leaves every client fully satisfied.
Payments: We do not accept online payments. Payment is only collected once the service has been completed and the client has personally reviewed and approved the work.
Documentation: For quality assurance, we record the condition of the vehicle both before and after the service.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If, during the final review, you notice something that has been overdone or requires adjustment, we are more than happy to redo or correct it on the spot.
If we have unintentionally missed something, please let us know right away and we’ll address it before final approval.
Refunds: Since all services are approved and paid for only after completion, refunds are not applicable. Instead, our commitment is to work with you to ensure the job meets your expectations.
